The Model StarStone V-Groover for engineered stone and natural stone is one our latest development with universal v-grooving applications within a 10'/12' parameter. Designed for pre-hogging with the first head and finish cut with the second head, a 1-3/16" thick engineered stone material can be v-grooved in one pass at up to 6 FPM.

The Model StarStone V-Groover is universal since it can be utilized for linear as well as cross cuts within a 10' or 12' size parameter without virtually any set-up changes. The cutter head travels over the stationary material, which makes this machine most suitable for very delicate surfaces, reducing or eliminating the risk of surface scratches or vibrations through feeding the heavy slabs. Special large diameter, hard plastic, omni-directional roller balls allow the material to be easily positioned.

An adjustable water mist spray atomizer keep the material surface and diamond abrasive wheel from overheating. Excessive and premature wear of the diamond wheel is therefore being avoided. The 99% high efficiency special dust collection system along with a trailing air knife removes most all silicone dust from the cutting process.

Applications: Universal V-groover with synergistic cooling system for 3/8" to 1-3/16" thick natural or engineered stone materials such as Zodiac, Silestone, Technistone, Legacy or Ceasarstone etc.
